Chef Alfonso, known to all as Fonz, specializes in French cooking and charcuterie. As a graduate of the Cordon Bleu school in Pasadena, Fonz truly loves being in the kitchen and experimenting with all types of ingredients. Before redwhite+bluezz, he worked Church and State Bistro in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to that, he held the Executive Chef position at the noted French Bistro Madeleine’s.
