Top of his classes with both the International Guild and the Court of Masters, our General Manager and Sommelier, Russ Meek, has succeeded in setting wine and spirits lovers at ease as they explore new flavors from around the world.  His wife Marie has completed her certifications as well, and the two have become a newsworthy duo in the local culinary world.
To warm up tasters' palates, Russ devised the "Flight Plans" menu.  Each selection assembles textbook samples of regional wines, artisan cheeses, imported meats, or intense chocolates. The individual tasting "Flights" are suggested together for optimal enjoyment, lifting the mystery of wine character and classic pairings.

Our most enthusiastic diners and event hosts have either attended or scheduled their own "Flight School" food and wine classes with Russ. These courses are versatile for social or corporate events - rich with information, yet personalized and interactive.
